A box is a container mainly with a flat base and lid, usually produced in the form of a cube or rectangular prism. However, for easy identification, objects of many different geometries used in daily use for diverse purposes are also called boxes. Boxes are mainly made of hard and durable materials such as wood, metal, cardboard or plastic. They are mostly used to transport or store objects.
